Back around 2015, I was listening to a podcast when I first heard John Ruhlin, author of Gift·ology, talk about doing corporate gifting differently. I was hooked. I read his book in one sitting and started searching for John on podcasts and for all the information I could find.
I'd always been a thoughtful gift-giver. But this was a whole new level, and I needed to learn everything about it.
That obsession turned into a career. Eventually, through the Gift·ology Group's R.I.C.H. Relationship Society, an opportunity came up to work as a full-time "Gift·ologist" inside an organization, building real relationships through gifts, experiences and events.

Most companies default to safe, generic gifts because it's easier and because no one's told them there's a better way. I started Griffin Gifting Group because I believe relationships are a business' greatest asset, and they deserve better than a logo on a water bottle.
